Day of Coordination

Event management for your big day, so you can be fully present. I’ll ensure your vision is carried out as the day unfolds, and you can soak in each special moment with your partner and guests. I will smoothly navigate behind the scenes to collaborate with each of your trusted vendors, troubleshoot with ease — keeping your priorities front of mind, answer the questions that pop up, and manage a seamless transition of events. Typically 10 AM - 8 PM, you will receive 10 hours of coordination (from venue access until the first dance).
You will feel fully supported from contract date to wedding day, with the inclusion of four thorough wedding planning meetings we can schedule quarterly, a comprehensive suite of planning templates, design assistance, wedding schedule management, collaborative rehearsal coordination, and day-of decor placement. This package also includes month-of planning services, so the details of your special day are thoughtfully planned, supported by experience, and carefully executed.
We’ll meet one year ahead of your wedding date, for a first thorough consultation to establish vision, priorities, and budget. I will provide a personalized wedding planning timeline with easy-to-follow monthly checklists to guide your planning progress. You’re organized, and will work through the planning timeline independently. I’ll meet with you quarterly to discuss your progress, advise on key decisions ahead and to provide experienced solutions to any obstacles you’ve encountered. When we approach the one month away mark, you’ll have a clear idea of what is left to do, and a weekly meeting with me to ask questions leading up to the big day. Together, we’ll intentionally plan each detail of the day to reflect you and your partner’s values and story.

Full Wedding Planning is for the couples who desire a dedicated expert by their side every step of the way—a planning partner who empowers your decision making with experience, respects your time, and brings your vision to life without the overwhelm. My full wedding planning package includes everything in the day-of coordination package, and upgrades our meetings from month-of support to 12 x monthly meetings starting one year before your big day. Monthly support ensures you can enjoy the moments that matter.
