I’ll ensure your vision is carried out as the day unfolds, so you can soak in each special moment with your partner and guests. I will smoothly navigate behind the scenes to collaborate with each of your trusted vendors, troubleshoot with ease - keeping your priorities front of mind, answer the questions that inevitably pop up, and manage a seamless transition of events. Typically 10 AM - 8 PM, you will receive 10 hours of coordination (from venue access until the first dance). Seamless coordination results from supported preparation. The best wedding-day coordination begins well before the wedding itself. That’s why this package includes three comprehensive planning meetings throughout your engagement, thoughtfully timed to provide support when it’s most valuable. One Year Out — Building the Foundation We’ll begin with an in-depth consultation to get to know your vision, priorities, budget, and what matters most to you as a couple. Following our meeting, I’ll provide a personalized planning timeline with approachable monthly checklists to help you confidently move through the year ahead. You’ll also receive access to my comprehensive suite of wedding planning documents and spreadsheets, giving you the resources to enjoy a self-led and low-stress planning experience. Six Months Out — Guidance & Check-In At the six-month mark, we’ll reconnect to review your progress, talk through the important decisions ahead, and work through any questions or challenges you’ve encountered. This is an opportunity to make sure everything is coming together smoothly and that you feel confident about your planning progress. One Month Out — The Seamless Hand-Off As your wedding approaches, we’ll meet for a final detailed planning session. Together, we’ll walk through your plans, vendors, logistics, and remaining details so you can comfortably hand the execution over to the JDE team. The evening before your wedding, I’ll also lead a collaborative rehearsal alongside your officiant, helping your wedding party feel comfortable and prepared before the ceremony begins.
